  • Splitting of the wood frame.

  • Noise levels from moving on your mattress.
  • Bedding sold "as-is", demos, or floor models.
  • Normal wear and tear of the mattress ticking.

Care & Maintenance

  • Use an appropriate frame with rigid cross support for queen or king-size beds to ensure your full warranty.
  • Rotate your mattress at regular intervals. For the first two months, turn it over once every 3 weeks, head to foot. After the first two months, rotate your mattress every three to four months to promote even wear.
  • Protect your mattress by using a waterproof mattress cover or mattress pad to protect its surface.
  • Occasionally expose the mattress for airing. Vacuum occasionally with a brush attachment.
  • Do not keep an open flame or smoke near your mattress. Each mattress is 1633 compliant, but it is NOT fireproof.
  • Do not use mattress handles for carrying; they are strictly for positioning on your foundation.
  • Do not allow anyone to bend, fold, jump, or stand on your mattress. This will damage the innerspring, construction, and may bend the edge wire or cause misalignment of components.
  • Turn your box spring occasionally, end to end.
